Latest Market Stats - Home prices continue to RISE despite slowing market.

Our latest Stellar stats just came out - market has slowed this fall, but it is increased from fall of 2022, which I believe is a good sign for 2024.  I also think based on activity I'm currently seeing these numbers will improve for December.  One number stuck out to me despite increased listings, higher days on market, increased months of inventory, decreased listings & total sales volume.....average sale price continues to increase!! It increased 8% from November 2022 and 1% from last month.  This is because of demand - and we have ALOT of buyers that have sat the fence in 2023, I believe when rates come down this buyers will flood the market further increasing home values.  If you are thinking about buying or selling in 2024 - let's chat.  It's time to strategize, and time the market, to help secure you the best possible outcome.  We pride ourselves in being excellent negotiators - our strategies and experience help our clients win every time.
