A bit about why I specifically loved working with her – I moved here from out of state and didn’t know the area at all. Alison was great at getting on the phone with me as much as I wanted to talk through different areas/neighborhoods, had great pros and cons about every one, and was really able to help guide me in what I could get for my money in each area and even saying “hey, I don’t think that’s the right area for you,” which I sincerely appreciated. Coming down from NC, I didn’t have the ability to fly down multiple weekends to look at houses, but that wasn’t a problem for Alison. Even with a family, she had no problems giving me an entire Saturday to show me as many houses as I wanted – pointing out things about each house that I didn’t immediately catch on to. She was great when it came to negotiating and helped me get what I think was a great price on the house. Her communication throughout was almost immediate, professional, and filled with great information. I can’t recommend Alison and her team enough!
